Shagle announced an operator change in September 2026. The service is now operated by FBP Media s.r.o., a company registered in Prague, Czech Republic, replacing previous operator VS Media, Inc. based in Westlake Village, California. The platform remains compliant with 18 U.S.C. 2257 regulations.

Alongside the operator transition, Shagle modified its VIP membership structure. The VIP Benefits promotion was removed, while a new VIP Membership Bonus was introduced offering 100 bonus direct message credits per month on a non-rollover basis. The VIP Membership tier itself is priced at 39.95 EUR monthly with 150 credits included, plus access to 200 free videos daily and unlimited recorded shows.

New users continue to receive 120 free credits upon signup. The changes reflect adjustments to Shagle's promotional and pricing framework under its new operator.
