Shagle announced an operational change in September 2026, with FBP Media s.r.o. of Prague, Czech Republic (Reg. 06483453) taking over as the platform operator alongside existing operator VS Media, Inc. of Westlake Village, California. The service remains compliant with 18 U.S.C. 2257 requirements.

The platform simultaneously discontinued two promotional offers: Free Video Passes and VIP Membership promotions. These have been replaced by a new VIP Benefits package that provides 200 free videos per day, unlimited access to recorded shows, and a 5% discount on video purchases.

Current pricing includes a VIP Membership at 39.95 EUR monthly with 150 credits, alongside variable-rate DM Credits for direct messaging. New users continue to receive 120 free credits as a welcome bonus, and VIP members gain 100 bonus DM credits monthly on a non-rollover basis.

The operational restructuring and promotional changes reflect an evolution in how Shagle manages its service offerings and user benefits.
